Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated intern to support our digital transformation initiatives. This role will focus on digitizing manual forms, laying the groundwork for scalable data storage solutions, and assisting in the implementation of AI technologies—specifically Microsoft Copilot.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to digitize manual, paper-based forms using modern tools and ensure the resulting digital forms meet business and compliance requirements.
• Assist in designing foundational data storage structures to support transformation goals.
• Support the implementation of Microsoft Copilot across various business functions.
• Develop and test custom Microsoft Copilot plugins and extensions tailored to internal use cases.
• Design and build intelligent Microsoft Copilot agents to automate workflows and enhance productivity.
• Document agent requirements, architecture and issues for each identified use case.
• Work closely with cross-function teams and provide regular updates and documentation of progress, challenges and solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by various departments.

Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot
• Experience with agent-based systems and understanding of agent lifecycle and architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
