Sr Corporate Compensation Analyst

Summary

100% Remote:  Corporate position analyzing, designing, and administering compensation programs, including base pay, and short-term and long-term incentive pay. 

Responsibilities

  • Support the company's workforce planning and labor costing tools by developing templates, analyzing data and providing various reports.
  • Administer annual and quarterly merit and bonus programs.
  • Perform various market research and analysis to determine market competitiveness of compensation programs.  
  • Update and maintain compensation components in the HRIS system.
  • Conduct job evaluations, job leveling, and provide compensation recommendations.
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests.
  • Ensure compensation programs are in compliance with established regulations, guidelines, processes, and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions database.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of five (5) years of experience in compensation and analytics, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, identify, quantify, and formulate solutions to complex problems in a user-friendly and relevant manner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Broad knowledge of compensation, benefits and payroll practices and issues. 
  • Knowledge of all federal, state and local regulations and compliance requirements related to compensation.
  • Merit planning and short-term incentive programs experience a plus.
  • CPP, CCP, CBP or similar designation a plus.
