Position Summary

100% Remote. Manage the data and the design and engineering of platforms that will empower the team to transform data into valuable talent-related insights to inform strategic decision making and impact business results. Responsible for providing functional, technical, and strategic Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and data analytics support.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain optimal functioning of the HRIS ecosystem, which may include implementation, customization, design, development, testing, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
  • Provide application thought leadership and day-to-day analysis on project work, system enhancements, and end-user support.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and Human Resources to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommend and implement solutions.
  • Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
  • Serve as lead representative and liaison between HR, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
  • Provide leadership and subject matter expertise for all data management, analytics, and reporting needs within the team.
  • Deliver scalable platform that enables robust analytics by integrating talent data from various sources
  • Bring creative problem-solving to bridge data gaps.
  • Put standards and governance in place to sustain data foundation and prioritize data quality.
  • Enable ongoing data enrichment with new sources, including big data and external resources. 
  • Establish collaborative and consultative relationships and demonstrate skills in interpreting data effectively to improve the business. 
  • Design and manage database architecture that facilitates recognition and navigation across data sources.    
  • Develop and implement roadmap for ongoing evolution of talent analytics data eco-system.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and seven (7) years relevant experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Data systems experience, specifically integrating data from disparate systems. 
  • Experience implementing data standards and governance to tightly manage data quality.
  • Thorough verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
  • Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Robust Project Management Skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to understand business and technology impact in a fast-paced environment.
  • HRIS experience, including system understanding, linkage, developing business requirements, and translating those into system requirements.
  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
  • Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of  commercial HRIS products.  Familiarity with SuccessFactors, ADP Vantage is a plus.
