Summary

Working supervisor position leading talent management initiatives through proactive recruitment, onboarding, standardization, and improvement of processes. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruiting related activities to fill company-wide vacancies and newly created positions utilizing various recruiting sources.
  • Attract, source, and recruit primarily exempt professional, technical, and management candidates utilizing company applicant tracking system.
  • Generate and guide selection of candidates through standardization of processes.
  • Develop, present, and negotiate offer packages.
  • Lead the facilitation and coordination of company-wide onboarding process for all new hires and co-ops.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on recruiting metrics through reporting dashboards and use this information to propose and implement data-driven improvements to the processes.
  • Manage various employment related programs such as immigration, relocation, and referral programs.
  • Grow and maintain outreach programs to support company affirmative action plans.
  • Collaborate with Human Resource teams to identify personnel needs, develop recruitment strategies, programs, budgets, and collaborate to attract qualified applicants and fill specific job openings. 
  • Assist in the benchmarking of best practices through industry research, events, and collaboration with other organizations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree and 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Technical, professional, and management exempt sourcing and recruiting experience.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems similar to SuccessFactors, iCIMS, etc. 
  • Broad knowledge of human resources including state and federal employment laws, onboarding, and employee relations practices.
  • Working knowledge of immigration, relocation, referral programs, employment branding, diversity sourcing, and benchmarking/metrics. 
  • Strong organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Detailed and process improvement minded.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid, multi-location environment.
