Summary
This position will start in the Fall of 2023. It will work closely with the Training and Development department associates to develop and improve training equipment and lesson plans. This role may include but is not limited to the design, programming, procurement, drawing modification, installation and commissioning of training equipment. Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance activities such as program backups, battery replacements.
- Assist with program modifications pertaining to our training equipment.
- Complete electrical and mechanical drawing updates and create new drawings if required.
- Procure parts required for training equipment.
- Assist with the assembly of training equipment.
Qualifications
- Actively enrolled in an accredited college or university with a major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Overall Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher.
- Analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
- Verbal, written, interpersonal, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents related to the Company’s products/processes.
- Ability to prepare electrical and mechanical drawings and charts.
