Position Summary

Support the department and MSN facility through returnable packaging management, expense receiving, and accurate filing at near perfect accuracy. Support JSOX auditing by keeping accurate files of inbound paperwork, and performing daily JSOX audting reports for receipts and shipments. 

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Perform daily counts of active returnable packaging stored in the MSN facility.
  • Record and analyze all active returnable packaging, inbound and outbound, to maintain current available inventory that can be used by PC&L for production planning. 
  • Develop and maintain tracking tools to effectively show inbound/outbound for returnable packaging.
  • Manage customer portals for returnable packaging through receiving activity, collecting and filing inbound paperwork, and reconciling any discrepancies.
  • Complete daily receipts of expense items as delivered.
  • Generate, reconcile, and maintain daily receiving and shipping reports as required by JSOX procedures.
  • Maintain department KPI tracking tools for safety, quality, cost, people, and other necessary department communication for EMDS meetings.
  • Create EMDS presentations to be shared with Warehouse associates using above KPIs and other company/plant communications. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing interpersonal communication skills
  • Computer literate, emphasizing knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional and demonstrating advanced skills of Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel and JDE.
  • Analytical Ability
  • Basic and Algebraic Math Skills
