Position Summary
Under direction, this position is the main engineering contact between Mitsubishi Electric Automotive America, Inc. and the customer. This position is responsible to provide engineering support for current and future business.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Work with OEM customer to support integration of Mitsubishi Electric components into customer vehicle(s).
- Provide onsite support to analyze and discuss project issues.
- First point of contact for the customer regarding Mitsubishi Electric components.
- Drive open questions about the external interfaces, turn issues into solutions, and manage outstanding issues to closure responsibly.
- Interface between the project, customer, and suppliers.
- Support the prioritization of critical issues.
- Take on responsibility in internal and customer driven reviews.
- Flexible and open to work at multiple sites where the OEM requests support.
- Work independently and effectively with others.
- Problem solver attitude, passion for technology, and dynamic character.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of seven years’ experience in a related position or equivalent
- Knowledge of automotive OEM’s engineering and process methodologies or equivalent
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, etc)
